1. Export your tool library from Fusion 360
- Open the Manage tab → Tool Library.
- Right-click the library you want to audit and choose Export.
- Save it as a
.csv file.
2. Load it into Tool Audit
- Click the drop zone (or drag and drop) to choose one or more CSV files.
- You can load several libraries at once — they'll combine into one list. Each loaded file shows as a chip you can remove with ×.
3. Review the list
- Each physical tool appears once, even if it has multiple cutting presets in Fusion.
- Click a column header to sort; click again to reverse.
- Use the search box or the type filter to narrow the list.
- Tick "Show source file" to see which CSV each tool came from.
4. Audit each tool
Tick the box for each item you've verified: Holder, Stick Out, Tool Geometry, and Presets. Ticking the checkbox in a column header ticks (or clears) that column for every tool currently shown. Progress is summarized under the tool count.
5. Print or save as PDF
Click Print / Save PDF to get a clean, landscape printout of the current list (with your ticks) — handy for a physical sign-off sheet.
Notes
- Everything runs in your browser — no files are uploaded anywhere.
- Reloading the page clears loaded files and ticks.
